Digital Content Website Specialist

Location: Onsite in Export, PA or Las Vegas, NV (Open to remote candidates in other locations)

Hours/Week: Full Time/Non-Exempt

Rate: $26.00-$33.00 per hour DOE

Job Summary

APG designs, develops, manufactures, wholesales and retails aftermarket parts and technology for race and off-road enthusiast all over the world. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and technically-savvy Digital Content Website Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Shopify Website Management: Update and maintain product information on brand websites.
Social Media correspondence and interaction: Assist with answering comments and interacting with customers on our social media channels.
General Content Creation: Edit product photos, videos and product descriptions to ensure accuracy.
Influencer Collaboration and management: Work closely with influencers to develop relationships and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Required Skills Experience

Website Management Development:
Manage and optimize overall website content, structure, and functionality
Monitor website performance and implement improvements
Ensure website content is up-to-date and accurate
Coordinate with IT for technical updates and maintenance
Implement batch pricing changes using Microsoft Excel and 3rd party programs
E-commerce Management:
Update and maintain product listings
Optimize product categories and website navigation
Ensure accurate inventory and pricing information
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist with social media management
Create email marketing campaigns
Develop digital marketing assets
Solid understanding of digital and social media marketing strategies.
Email Campaigns
Social channels like Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Tiktok
Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry is preferred, with a particular interest in Subaru or Honda is a plus.
Experience in technical customer service and technical sales is a plus.
General copywriting abilities with focus on attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with SEO optimization and website analytics
Strong technical problem-solving abilities
