Job Description
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
5-7 years of progressive experience in communications, public relations, social media and marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Experience with a variety of social media platforms and analytical tools, including LinkedIn and Hootsuite, with the ability to create compelling marketing and social media content and measure impact of these efforts through analytical reporting.
Ability to produce, shoot, and edit original and dynamic web videos, write articles for newsletters and web posts, and create posts for social media that engage existing audiences and build new ones.
Ability to move seamlessly across the organization, build positive relationships with staff from Individual Contributors to the Executive Team and collaborate with departments to generate creative stories and content in a variety of channels – including in support of marketing and engagement campaigns.

This role offers a competitive compensation and benefits program, including an annual salary within our hiring range of $78,500 to $87,500 (pro-rated based on the length of contract). For full-time contract employees on this length of contract, we offer:
8% additional pay in lieu of benefits.
10 vacation days per annum (pro-rated based on the length of contract).
A flex day program offering additional paid days off (usually alternating Fridays) as a result of a compressed work week.
A hybrid work model with an assigned schedule confirming days worked remotely and days worked in-office. This role will be required to work in-office a minimum of 2 days per week during regular business operations.
The required tools, equipment, and technology for employees to work remotely are provided.
Free parking at the office, or a transit reimbursement offered to employees who take transit to work; we are centrally located near bus and Skytrain stops.
