We blend raw grit, viral storytelling, and a New York attitude to turn an insane journey into a thriving, monetized digital brand.
The Role
We are looking for a creative, internet-savvy content creation intern who lives and breathes content. If you spend hours analyzing why a TikTok went viral, know how to create a compelling YouTube video, and love building online communities, this role is for you.
You will work directly with our team to elevate our brand presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram and more importantly, learn how to turn views into a real business. This isn't a "get us coffee" position. You’ll have direct impact by helping us script, shoot, and scale.
Our rates are flexible depending on your experience and the depth of your portfolio. If you know how to build and leverage an audience, we’ll match your value.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Content Creation: Brainstorm, shoot, and edit engaging video content (YouTube videos, TikToks) and graphic assets.
Copywriting: Draft catchy, on-brand captions and copy for various social platforms.
Community Management: Engage with our audience by managing the comment sections, responding to DMs, and turning casual viewers into die-hard, loyal fans of the journey.
Social Listening & Trends: Keep a pulse on internet culture, memes, and trending audio to pitch timely content ideas.
Analytics Tracking: Help monitor weekly performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth).
Monetization: Actively collaborate on and learn the strategies behind channel monetization—including digital products, brand sponsorships, and YouTube ad optimization.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
A current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Deeply familiar with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms and best practices.
Proficient with basic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
A strong copywriter with a sharp sense of brand voice.
Self-motivated, ready to test your limits, and love the process of building something from scratch.
