Expand My Business (EMB) is the world’s largest B2B digital services marketplace. The company is headquartered in Gurugram and currently employs 250+ spread across Tech, Operations, Sales, and Marketing and has served over 3000+ clients worldwide. EMB has already raised capital from a few top global VCs and has closed its Series-A recently. EMB has grown 10X in revenue over the past 6 months post funding from Chiratae and Tanglin Venture Partners and plans a 30X growth over the next 12-18 months. EMB is looking forward to building a world-class product for buyers and vendors and thus hiring for several roles across multiple departments.

Job Description:
We are looking for individuals looking for rapid growth in a fast-growing startup environment. The ideal candidate is a person who is passionate about technology and believes in the growth story of all businesses going digital in the future. We want people who dream big and can be an integral part of an ecosystem that’s going to create and capture a $100Bn+ opportunity in the next couple of years. A high-performing business development associate understands the bigger picture and the vision the company has. He/she/they must love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. There is complete ownership to directly impact the company’s top-line and expansion of our customer base. We expect that you love selling and that you are self-driven and result oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Be a solution partner to clients and help them to identify their real requirements.
• Understand client business and help in developing relevant solutions for their business.
• Work closely with internal partners to create value for clients’ businesses through right agency empanelment and delivery.
• Stay updated with market latest technologies and solutions.
• Analyze, research, recommend and adopt processes and systems for process efficiency, data management & analytics.
• Network to identify new business potential.
• Meet clients to build relationships for long and healthy association.
• Stay healthy and ensure conduct that exemplify high ownership and positive mindset
Requirements:
• Understanding or prior experience in B2B IT/SAAS sales environment.
• Good communication skills (both English and Hindi).
• Demonstrated initiative, boldness and flexibility.
• Technically sound
