• *About the Role**
- This role plays a very critical role in_Digital Channels,
- _BSG Unit to design and implement technology solutions catering to_
- _ Processes for various lines of business viz. Retail Digital Banking and Payment like FASTag_
- _ Will need to manage multiple projects on FASTag Issuing, FASTag acquring etc._
- _ Digital solutions around the above products and processes_
- _ Sales, Product, Compliance and Operations units managing the above products_
• *Key Responsibilities**
- _ To possess complete ownership of the Business Requirements/Solutions for any new Business initiative or customizations in the existing solutions_
- _ To prepare / review Business Requirement Document and Functionality Specifications documents_
- _ To design process flow changes, in partnership with Operations and Business Units_
- _ To take ownership of resolution of all functional issues/bugs in the systems_
- _ To address impact of regulatory changes on the system functionalities and ensure compliance_
- _ To interface with Regulators/Audit/Compliance with regard to explaining the system functionalities_
