Job Description
Role: Lead Digital (Banking)
Must have worked on any retail & corporate nonbanking, tab onboarding, digital onboarding solutions. Should have exposure on Website/Chatbot solutions. Must have exp in production support activity. Exposure on implementation of any internet banking solutions. Exposure on any middleware technologies like Jboss, WebLogic, IIS etc & exposure in database like Oracle & SQL server would be preferred. Must have handled team of 3-5 persons. Should have exposure on JAVA/PHP technologies etc
Roles and Responsibilities:
Production support & maintenance of digital banking solutions like internet banking, mobile banking, corporate net banking, website, digital onboarding, Chatbot etc. which will involve BAU ops activities, troubleshooting the issues, co-ordination between business team/partners/ OEM, getting the fixes tested into UAT area & movement of those fixes into production. Ensuring the high availability of system, meeting the audit & compliance requirements & participating in DC DR activities. Leading the team of 5-10 persons
