Team/Role Overview:
Custody provides clearing, settlement, safekeeping, cash, tax & asset servicing to global financial institutions through a proprietary branch network spanning across Asia, EMEA and the Americas.
Custody is seeking a product manager to focus on securities transaction management, understand, communicate and implement global product strategies in line with business, regulatory and market requirements. Develop new products and enhance existing Transaction Management products with focus on platform modernisation covering traditional assets but also Digital Assets.
What you’ll do:
The Digital Asset Custody Product Manager will be responsible for delivering transaction management initiatives globally. Included in the scope of responsibilities are:
Create a unique custody model supporting digital assets including tokenization capabilities.
Agree product development priorities for complex change projects with the business owners.
Develop new Custody Transaction Management products and enhance existing
Work with internal partners (risk, legal, compliance) to ensure product risks are understood, documented and mitigated.
What we’ll need from you:
Prior experience in delivering digital asset solutions for investor and issuer services such as digital asset custody, tokenisation and fund services is essential.
Strong understanding of digital assets, crypto, tokenisation and DLT.
Experience in product development and product management roles.
Comprehensive understanding of risks, controls and compliance in relation to product approval and delivery.
It is desirable that the candidate has delivered digital asset solutions within Financial Services or similar Fintech/crypto providers.
Client and industry facing experience is preferred.
Background in product, operational processes, technology platforms and front office activities desirable.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance or other related fields.
