Job Description
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a creative individual to join our Foster Care team as a Digital and Design Creator to develop and implement targeted recruitment and retention strategies to attract and engage foster carers, with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media platforms, and the creation of engaging visual and written content.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated, digital-first marketing strategies, including the planning and delivery of online campaigns and paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Manage, monitor, maintain and grow the online presence of Lutheran Care Foster Care, including website content, social media platforms, and web-based applications and our Carer Portal.
Create, design, and deliver high-quality visual and written content, including social media posts, digital campaigns, podcasts, video content, and print materials (e.g. flyers, brochures, and promotional resources) in line with LC Communications Guidelines.
Apply graphic design skills to produce engaging, accessible, and brand-consistent materials that support recruitment and retention objectives.
Capture and develop photography and videography content, including storytelling that reflects the lived experiences of foster carers and promotes authentic engagement.

Essential Criteria
Relevant qualifications or experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Experience in digital marketing, including social media content creation and paid advertising campaigns
