We’re currently in a critical growth stage and are seeking a smart, performance-focused executor to join us as a Digital Advertising & Traffic Specialist — on a strictly commission-based structure (₹500 per confirmed sale).
We are not looking for “ideas” or “engagement.”
We are looking for results.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for running ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube), driving qualified traffic, and reporting results weekly.
You will not be involved in pricing, messaging, influencer outreach, or backend store activities.
You will operate within a pre-approved structure — with full creative assets and offer support provided.
This role is a 1-year secondment and may convert to a more permanent engagement if results align with expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, Pinterest, or YouTube
• Use VOIDRA-provided visuals, copy, and product links
• Track performance using assigned codes and tools (no backend access)
• Optimize based on weekly reporting (CTR, cost-per-sale, conversions)
• Submit a clean, verified report every 7 days
• Collaborate with the founder for pre-approval of all campaigns, angles, and formats
• Propose ideas — but execute only what is approved
• Stay compliant with VOIDRA’s luxury brand tone and emotional storytelling guidelines
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in running digital ads (any platform)
• Hands-on understanding of budgets, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and traffic flow
• Strong personal integrity — performance and honesty are everything
• Excellent communication and commitment to weekly updates
• Self-driven, reliable, and results-oriented
• Bonus: Experience with D2C, emotional brands, or fashion brands preferred
Compensation & Commitment
• ₹500 per verified sale through tracked campaign
• Paid weekly, post-report verification
• No fixed salary — results = income
• 1-year term (secondment), extendable based on performance
