Digital Acquisition Manager
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement Digital business growth strategies:
• Define digital first product value proposition, identify target customer segment and relevant product USPs
• Acquire customers through digital marketing including Performance Marketing, SEO, ASO, Influencer Marketing, Referral marketing etc.
• Continuously optimize journey funnel through CRO levers to improve conversion and to eliminate friction points
• Plan and execute campaign and journey optimization experiments for consistent business expansion and cost reduction
• Lead policy discussions if required for better growth
• Ensure that all digital marketing activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal risk management policies
2. Market Analysis:
• Benchmark competition for similar products, ensure competitive offering by the bank
• Study continuously evolving acquisition strategies, channels, campaigns and keep experimenting with them
3. Tracking Performance Metrics:
• Define and track end to end KPIs for digital business growth
• Track relevant input metrics, to diagnose issues and identify opportunities for business expansion
4. Collaboration
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to ideate, build, and manage smooth processes
5. Capability Building and Team management
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to help them develop their skills.
• Identify capability building needs and facilitate skill development programs as necessary.
Key skills and background:
• Experience in digital business growth preferably within the banking or financial sector
• Proficiency in digital marketing, funnel hacking, digital product strategy
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving, project management, communication and collaboration skills .
Minimum qualification:
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in digital business growth including Digital Marketing, Funnel hacking, product strategy across banking / financial services / FinTech's / Consumer Tech companies
• MBA from Tier I/II business school; minimum of a bachelor’s degree from Tier I/II institute
