Job Responsibilities
• Managing a team of 10-15 Dieticians.
• Setting their team’s goals(KRA's and KPI's) and communicating them effectively
• Ensure that all the SLA's around 1st Coach Call, Follow Up Calls, Doctor Consultations, Medicine dispatch/Receipt/adherence and Diet plans are met for the entire span
• Ensure that Renewal and Revenue Targets are met for the entire span
• Auditing calls of team members and providing Realtime feedback to ensure improvement - 10 call audits to be done every week and feedback to be shared with the team
• Ensure 0 escalations and if there are any escalations that they are handled within the TAT
• Ensuring the audit score of the team meets and exceed the expectations
• Regular monitoring of team and to ensure Weekly One on One with all the team members while document the same
• Ensure that all the patient's in team's portfolio are being serviced as per the process and expected quality standards
• Review the diet plans shared by the team and give them feedback and trainings periodically
• The manager should provide training and development opportunities to their team, including ongoing education on the latest diabetes treatment options, coaching techniques, and customer service skills
• To track the attendance and leave management for the team - to track and report uninformed leaves for the team
• To make sure a secondary coach is assigned to each patient and the patient is well handled when the primary coach is on leave
• Connecting with patients who are no response or denied for renewal for the team and educate them
Qualification Experience
• Candidate should BDS/BBA/ MBA with MHA / Hospital Management or Bsc/Msc in dietician with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Prefer to have an experience in Health Tech Industry
