Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Developer position based in Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra. The standard working hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
The Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support the organization’s business operations. The role includes building new features, fixing bugs, optimizing application performance, maintaining databases, integrating third-party services and APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is committed to writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code. The role requires close collaboration with leadership, designers, and other developers while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
• Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience and demonstrable skills will also be considered.
