Job Description
Experience: - Only 06-1 year
Good knowledge of all latest client OS like Windows 8, Windows 10, Linux etc.
Require PC hardware support skill, Installing & configuration of Ms. Office &Troubleshoot various application and as per the requirements.
Provide first level support for desktop & networking issues.
Installation and configuration of local and network printer.
Troubleshooting of Printer, PC, Laptop.
Keeping track of assets, maintaining database.
Basic knowledge of corporate servers, firewall, VPNs and other appliances.
Vendor coordination for replacement of the parts under warranty.
Good communication skill, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Manage administration and maintenance of desktops/ laptops/ printers/ CCTV/ other such devices
