Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues. Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, or in person. Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access. Install and update operating systems, applications, and security patches. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and collaboration tools. Assist with network connectivity and VPN issues. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
