In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical assistance and support to ensure smooth operations within an investment banking environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Responsibilities:• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.• Manage user accounts, groups, and devices using Active Directory.• Administer Office 365 licenses, users, and groups, ensuring efficient functionality.• Perform basic device and user management tasks using Microsoft Intune.• Organize and maintain IT equipment, including setting up devices and connecting cables.• Respond to service desk tickets promptly and resolve issues effectively.• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring technical problems.• Ensure all IT systems meet organizational standards and are properly maintained.• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and solutions regarding technical challenges.• Document resolutions and best practices for future reference.
