Key Responsibilities
• Desktop & End-User Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems, business applications, and hardware peripherals.
• Network Administration: Monitor Local/Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN), manage VPNs, and maintain network equipment like switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage user accounts and access via Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Security & Compliance: Apply software patches, update antivirus definitions, and enforce IT security policies across all company endpoints and servers.
• Asset & Documentation Tracking: Maintain IT asset inventories and document recurring issues and troubleshooting steps for the internal knowledge
Soft Skills: Excellent customer service, root-cause analytical skills, and the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical staff.
