Job Title: Design Tech (Sales & Design)
Company: Auto Stripe Group
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Build machine-ready production files: vehicle wraps, cut vinyl, boat graphics, thermal foil designs
Vector work, layer separation by colour, contour cut lines, PDF output to RIP
Colour matching against printed Pantone standards
Customer proofs and approvals; file naming and archiving to shop standard
Complete the paid in-house training academy (design and production floor)
Qualifications:
Graphic design or production art experience; vector software skills an asset (we train on Xara and Gerber Composer)
Detail-driven, organized, positive team attitude
Pay: $20–$26/hr to start — tied to certified skill level with documented advancement. Performance bonus
program available after one year of service.
