Business Design Lead Job Summary

Casantro is a luxury kitchens and wardrobes brand, co-created with a community of over 1000+ design professionals. We service architects and interior designers exclusively.

A Business Manager - Design will be responsible for managing the designing process for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers.

The output would be achieved by managing their design productivity, imparting required training, and engaging in design discussions.
Main Responsibilities:
• Managing Designing Projects
• Ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers
• Customer Experience and Relationship Management
• Output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customer Rating)
• Training Designers on technical details
Requirements:
• Bachelor's qualification, preferably B.Arch or B.Interior Design
• Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management
• 3+ year's experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager
• Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management)
