Company: Pooja Enterprises Job Title: Design Engineer Salary: CTC 1.5 LPA to 3 LPA (as per experience and skills) Experiences: 1 to 3 years Location: Sachin, Surat (Gujarat), India, Reporting to: Design Head / Partners Type: Full-Time, Onsite TECH OPERATIONS & ODOO SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (Manufacturing Coordination & ERP Discipline) Role in One Line Ensures smooth execution on the shop floor by managing laser coordination, material data, and Odoo accuracy without making design decisions . Core Responsibilities 1. Laser & Fabrication Coordination Coordinate laser cutting jobs based on approved drawings only Ensure correct material, thickness, and quantities are sent for cutting Track laser job status and follow up for timely delivery Verify received parts against drawings and quantities 2. Stock & Material Control Maintain accurate stock entries for: Sheets Pipes Bought-out items Update inward, outward, and consumption data in Odoo Support production planning with real-time material availability 3. Odoo ERP Discipline Ensure 100% accuracy of: BOM data Item codes Quantities Update job statuses as per actual shop-floor progress Support Ravi & Vishal by keeping design-to-execution data clean 4. Execution Support (Non-Design Role) Act as a bridge between: Design Production Purchase Clarify drawing references but never alter or decide designs Highlight mismatches or missing data to the Design Head Authority Limits (Very Important) No design changes No drawing approvals No engineering decisions Execution and data discipline only Reporting To Design & Engineering Head Operations / Management (for ERP discipline) Success Metrics Zero laser errors due to wrong data Clean, reliable Odoo records No production delays due to missing information Reduced dependency on verbal follow-ups Ideal Background Diploma / BE (Mechanical preferred) Hands-on shop-floor exposure Comfortable with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) Process-oriented, disciplined, detail-focused
