Designation: Design Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad/ Gandhinagar
Experience: 5–6 Years
Salary: Depends On Interview
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and develop industrial/domestic heating systems and heater assemblies
• Prepare 2D/3D drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documents using AutoCAD & SolidWorks
• Perform thermal calculations, watt density calculations, and load analysis
• Develop customized heater solutions as per client requirements
• Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, and safety standards
• Troubleshoot design issues and improve product efficiency & cost optimization
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of heat transfer & thermal engineering
• AutoCAD and SolidWorks proficiency
• Understanding of electrical heaters & insulation materials
• BOM preparation and manufacturing process knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
