Design Director
Experience- 15 to 20 years
Location- Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata
JD:
As a Design Director, you will be responsible for handholding the team in various projects, looking at new avenues to grow business in UX and work with other cross functional teams to address new opportunities and own the delivery of existing opportunities. Growth of the team in terms of size and skills is your primary focus. Developing creative execution, working with the customer closely and building digital branding and high fidelity mockups to meet the high standards of the studio. Along with creating exceptional work, you will also be a leader who promotes the nurturing the next generation of the design talent. You will be passionate about inspiring a team and clients alike through the craft of the agency. You’ll advocate experience design internally, with clients and in the larger design network. You’ll also present the studio’s work articulately in order to rouse and inspire people.
