Experience: 3 to 5 Years (Minimum 2 years in CASA)
CTC: Up to 5.00 LPA + Attractive Incentive + Other Benefits

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Acquire new clients or customers for savings and current accounts by actively prospecting, locating leads, and turning them into clients.
• To increase their level of involvement with the bank, cultivate and maintain excellent connections with current clients.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for CASA products, and associated products/services.
• Generate leads through various channels, such as referrals, direct sales, corporate tie-ups, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Desired Skill Required:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of CASA products, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
