Job Description
Job Title: Deputy Manager / Senior Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Location: Delhi
Reporting To: Finance Manager / Head of Finance
Experience Required: 5–8 years Employment
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit Monthly MIS reports to the management.
Generate and analyze monthly sales reports for all branches and overseas locations. Maintain accurate records of revenue, expenses, and ensure timely accounting closures. Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow statements. Coordinate and follow up with all domestic and overseas branches for financial data and consolidation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Manage statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) and liaise with auditors.
Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.) for reporting and data analysis.
Support the finance team in streamlining systems and improving processes.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance). CA Inter or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting or finance roles, with experience in a senior or deputy managerial capacity.
Technical Skills: o Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel o Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) o Familiar with MIS, P&L, and Balance Sheet preparation
Other Skills: o Excellent coordination and communication skills o Ability to manage multiple branches and overseas communication o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Attention to detail and deadline-oriented

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
