Deputy Manager P2P
Job Description
1. Financial and Management Accounting related to payments to vendors,
employees, and other service providers
2. All payments related to claims, Foreign payments and other expenses
3. Payroll payments and accounting of the same
4. All statutory payments related to PF, ESI, professional tax,WCT etc
5. Monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts including provisions for
expenses and other outstandings
6. Branch accounts coordination in relation to payments
7. Have knowledge of Taxation matters related to service tax payment credits, Tax
deducted at source on payments
8. Fund management for payments requirements and overall bank relationship
coordination and reconciliation of all bank accounts other than CMS
+. Process controls in relation to payments and documentation thereof
10. Ownership of the General Ledger including scrutiny and review of the accounts
and trial balance related to all vendor, supplier accounts and advances accounts
11. Have knowledge of Capitalisation of fixed assets, Operating Expenses and
inventory of fixed assets - reconciliation of all advances related to capital expenses
12. Coordination of statutory and internal audits
13. Should be accustomed to working in accounting software praferably in Sun System
Administration and P2P systems.
Post graduate in Commerce or Inter CA or CWA or fresh Chartered accountant.
Minimum 5+ years of similar experience in the accounting function of a corporate.
Experience in handling tax related matters especially in relation to TDS and Service tax
