Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager at Klassic Wheels Ltd in Ahmednagar. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring quality control standards are met. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
• Operations Management, Production Planning, and Quality Control skills
• Team Leadership and Communication skills
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of engineering principles and production processes
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with manufacturing software and tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
