Job Description
3.3 PMS Responsible for coordinating for timely completion of PMS activity for India
3.4 GMC & GPA - Responsible for ensuring timely benefits of GMC & GPA Policy to all employees.
3.5 Budget Management - Responsible for providing monthly provision against budget from HR side
3.6 Legal & Statutory Compliances - Responsible for all compliance fulfillment on time from HR part
3.7 ISO,IATF & Customer Requirements - Ensure records keeping as per QMS, EMS, OH&SMS & Customer requirements from HR side
3.8 Labour Cases - Attend the hearing of cases in labour department as management representative
3.+ Payroll - Responsible for ensuring the timely process of payroll & disbursement of salaries every month.
4. Team Management & Development Jobs
4.1 Work Distribution - Responsible for work distribution within the team as per team members skills & potential
4.2 Skill Enhancement - Responsible for skill enhancement & multi skilling of team members by Job rotation and training sessions and creating healthy competition for work among team members
Support department head in day to day activities
Create a bridge between sales HR, Admin and HR department for smooth coordination of common functions within the department.Any other job assigned by the Management for Business needs from time to time.
