Mascot Learning Hub is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Accountant to join our team at Sector 63, Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities
???? Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
???? Ensure compliance with GST, ESI, PF and other statutory regulations
???? Prepare financial statements and reports for management
???? Oversee payroll processing and statutory deductions
???? Maintain and update accurate financial records using Tally, Busy or other ERP software
???? Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting matters
???? Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns and compliance reports
???? Provide assistance during audits and prepare necessary documentation
???? Work independently to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
Skills and qualifications
???? Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role
???? In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations
???? Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, such as Tally, Busy or ERP systems
???? Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams
???? Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
???? Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
???? Prior experience in the publication industry is a plus
