Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Chief Engineer at Mementos by ITC Hotels Jaipur. The Deputy Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair operations of the hotel, managing a team of engineers, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Deputy Chief Engineer will also collaborate with other departments to identify and implement energy-saving initiatives, manage budgets, and maintain inventory of equipment and supplies. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices • Experience in managing a team of engineers • Proficiency in maintenance and repair operations • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Knowledge of safety and quality standards • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
