As the Deposit Pricing professional in our Banking Solutions team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Job responsibilities
Help create/modify/maintain the pricing strategy for interest rates for Wealth Management’s global deposit product suite; Recommend and present rate change proposals and analysis at monthly pricing meetings
Design, build and maintain models and databases in order to evaluate the impact of deposit rate changes on net interest income
Identify opportunities for improvement in the way we do business and recommend solutions
Complete ad-hoc analysis in support of the overall deposit business’ objectives
Develop essential management Information for decision support (e.g. analysis of competitor information and development of any strategic responses)
Develop the data analytics & reporting/visualization of that data to best deliver the message to the stakeholders; Plan, design & help develop the data model for future analytics
Lead and assist in creation of senior management presentation and reviews
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2+ years of experience within financial services, preferably supporting the Banking business
Financial services/lending & treasury background preferably in Wealth Management
Ownership of issues to resolution and knowing when to seek help/escalate
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate problems and solutions
Analytical skills - Data analysis & Quantitative analysis
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, R, Python, SAS, Tableau
Team player with positive attitudes towards new tasks, dealing with obstacles in daily tasks, details oriented and willingness to put in additional efforts
Desired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strategic and analytical thinker with an approach towards execution and results
Influencing skills to understand a variety of stakeholders from different functions
Team player who proactively shares knowledge and information within and outside the function and can manage other team members
