FIFO Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator – Goldfields Family Dental
Full-time | FIFO from Perth | Car, accommodation & utilities provided
Work just six months of the year – 7 days on / 7 days off roster
Goldfields Family Dental is one of Western Australia’s most progressive and community-focused dental practices, offering general dentistry, orthodontics, IV sedation, general anesthetics, full-arch rehabilitation, and dental implants.
We are expanding our team and seeking two experienced Treatment Coordinators to join our busy, high-performing clinic in Kalgoorlie.
The Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys working across both clinical and administrative functions.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate patient treatment plans, including scheduling and follow-up for IV sedation, GA, orthodontic, implant, and full-arch cases
Liaise with hospitals, anesthetists, laboratories, and external providers
Prepare and present treatment quotes, consent forms, and financial options
Support patients with Superannuation release applications (Supercare) and payment plans (Zip, Afterpay, Humm, in-house)
Ensure all case documentation, lab work, and logistics are managed accurately and on time
Work collaboratively with clinicians, admin staff, and visiting specialists under the Smile On Clinics network
About You
You’re professional, organized, and passionate about patient care. You enjoy helping patients understand their treatment and feel comfortable at every step.
You’ll bring:
Experience in treatment coordination, surgical scheduling, or medical/dental administration
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Understanding of dental terminology and procedures
Confidence in discussing financial options with patients
A proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail
