Full job description
Dental receptionist for calling All patients for follow up appointments and any future treatment appointment. Denture recalls, Hygiene Recalls, patient follow up, booking appointments, scheduling patients.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients

- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain patient records
call and schedule patients
- Provide administrative support to the dental office staff
Requirements:

- 5 years Previous experience as a dental receptionist
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures
Tracker Dental software program an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Must speak fluent English
- Must live within reasonable driving distance from Office
