Skills Required:
Greeting Patients: Welcome and assist patients as they enter the clinic, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression.
Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Patient Records: Maintain and update patient information, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient inquiries efficiently.
Billing and Payments: Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist with insurance claims and paperwork.
Office Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordination: Liaise with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication within the clinic.
Note: Experience in the dental field will be considered an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
