As our dental receptionist, you will be the face of our front office and warmly welcome our patients Your primary responsibilities include:
- Building and managing schedules for the hygienist and dentist
- Calling patients, insurance companies, and dental labs
- Working hand-in-hand with the dentist to ensure organized schedules, paperwork is filled out correctly, and managing patients while the dentist is busy with another patient
We use Tracker Software in our office. If you are familiar with this software, that is preferred. If not, we will teach you everything you need to know about using the software.
This role is has potential to become a full-time position. Saturday availability is required.
Job Types: Part-time to full-time
Salary: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Experience:
Dental receptionist: 1-2 years (required)
Fluency in English is required and fluency in Farsi in addition is preferred
Tracker software knowledge is preferred
