Overview
We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and managing patient records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanour, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service.
Manage appointments, emails and telephone enquiries.
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
Liaise with clinicians to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Assist with general administrative duties.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential.
