We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Dental Receptionist with excellent English communication skills. Candidates with a sales, hospitality, or customer relationship background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients professionally.
Manage appointments, calls, WhatsApp, and front desk operations.
Explain treatment plans and create customised treatment packages.
Counsel patients and convert consultations into treatment acceptance.
Follow up with patients and maintain strong patient relationships.
Handle billing, payments, and clinic management software.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
Strong communication, sales, and persuasion skills.
Presentable, organised, and proactive.
Experience in healthcare, sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.
