Overview
We are looking for a friendly organized and dependable dental receptionist to join our dental practice. This role is the first point of contact for patient and is essential to creating a positive Patient experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling Front Desk duties, scheduling appointments and supporting daily office operations in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental practice management software such as Tracker
Answer and direct phone professionally using a phone system
Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately
Collect payments and process billing transactions
Maintain digital patient records
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Respond to patient questions regarding appointments and procedures
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist
Knowledge of Tracker is a MUST
Knowledge of terminology is beneficial
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy setting
Strong organizational, Communication and multitasking skills
The Schedule
Mondays/Thursdays 9-5pm
Tuesdays 8-5pm
Wednesdays 12-8pm
Two Saturdays per month(8 AM to 3 PM)
