We are looking for a motivated Part time Dental Assistant/Receptionist with strong communication skills to join our friendly team.
Part time position at the moment.
On the job training provided by Management
Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Reception duties:
Greeting Patients and managing check-in’s and check out of the patients
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Checking clinic Emails, texts and manage payments
Clinic’s Social media handling
Maintaining clean reception area
Dental Assistant Duties:
Chairside assisting and setting up the room for Dental procedures for patients treatment
High level of infection control techniques
Sterilization of instruments
Manage stock take which includes ordering supplies
Successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Excellent interpersonal skill and proactive in nature
Strong work ethics
High attention to detail
A desire to learn and excel
Ability to work within a team
Enjoy a busy work environment and have a ‘can do’ attitude
Vibrant and confident personality that shows strong empathy and a caring nature
A long term commitment to the role
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $24.95 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Experience:
Front desk: 1 year (Preferred)
