Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Delivery Head to lead successful customer onboarding and platform go-lives for our enterprise transport management SaaS platform serving manufacturers. The person will own end-to-end delivery of new customer implementations and be responsible for ensuring projects go live successfully, on time, and with strong business outcomes. This role requires a unique blend of program management, stakeholder management, business understanding, commercial orientation, and execution intensity.
The Delivery Head will work closely with internal Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams, while collaborating extensively with customer stakeholders including business users, logistics teams, and IT teams. This role requires someone who can collaborate deeply, hustle relentlessly, and drive outcomes through influence rather than authority.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive project execution across internal teams including Product, Technology, Integrations, and Customer Success.
• Coordinate with customer-side stakeholders including business users, logistics teams, operations, and IT for seamless deployment.Own successful end-to-end implementation and go-live of enterprise customer deployments.
• Ensure projects are delivered from a business outcomes perspective, not merely a technical completion standpoint.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and relentlessly push internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum and timelines.
• Act as the central program owner for implementation, ensuring alignment across all parties.
• Balance customer satisfaction with business interests by constructively pushing back on unreasonable asks, scope creep, or non-value-adding requirements.
• Prioritize projects and escalation efforts based on strategic importance, customer impact, and commercial value.
• Drive faster adoption and accelerated revenue realization from new implementations.
• Create strong executive relationships with customer stakeholders to build confidence during deployment.
