The primary role is to pick up and deliver orders to customers in a timely and safe manner while maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires good navigation skills, basic record-keeping, and a commitment to on-time delivery.If you enjoy riding, meeting new people, and working independently, this job is a great opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Order Pickup Delivery:Collect parcels, food, or grocery orders from the assigned location.Deliver orders safely and on time to customers.Ensure proper handling of goods to avoid damage.Obtain customer signatures or OTP confirmation upon successful delivery.Navigation Route Planning:Use Google Maps or GPS navigation for efficient route planning.Follow the most time-effective and fuel-efficient routes.Adapt to traffic conditions and weather challenges while ensuring on-time delivery.Customer Service Communication:Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service.Handle customer queries regarding deliveries and escalate issues if needed.Maintain a professional and presentable attitude while interacting with customers.Vehicle Maintenance Safety:Ensure the bike is in good condition (fuel, brakes, and tire check before shifts).Follow traffic rules and road safety regulations strictly.Wear helmets, gloves, and safety gear while riding.Reporting Documentation:Maintain a daily log of deliveries and receipts.Report any issues with deliveries, customer complaints, or vehicle breakdowns to the supervisor.Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and submit collected amounts at the end of the shift.Requirements:Education: No formal education required (Basic reading and writing skills preferred).Experience: Freshers and experienced riders are welcome.Skills:Good riding skills with knowledge of city roads.Basic communication skills in English/local language.Ability to handle cash and digital payments.License: Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and Registration (RC).Vehicle: Own bike/scooter with valid insurance fuel efficiency.Smartphone: Required for order tracking and navigation apps.More information about this Delivery Boy - Biker JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Delivery Boy - Biker jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Delivery Boy - Biker job position?
