Job Description
The Legal Aid Debt team operates in a busy contact centre. As a Debt Officer, you will apply legislation and policy to help customers to resolve their legal aid debt through negotiating in a professional, fair, and reasonable way. Our focus is on supporting the viability of the legal aid system through the collection of unpaid debt balances.
We care about delivering people centred services to our participants [customers] and help to provide access to justice for all.
Full time position
Working hours 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday - you must be available to work these hours
