PostgreSQL Database Administration Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PostgreSQL Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our database administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Database administration, maintenance, and upgrade activities
• Role and access management
• Backup, recovery, and PITR
• Database performance tuning

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:
• Excellent shell and SQL skills for DBA tasks automation
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture and database maintenance
• Experience with PostgreSQL database versions 10 and above
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Experience with database upgrades, backups, and recoveries
