Role Overview:
NTT DATA is hiring a Manager – Data Modeling to lead enterprise data modeling and information architecture for insurance solutions. The role focuses on designing scalable data models, supporting analytics and AI initiatives, and leading data teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage enterprise data models (conceptual, logical, physical).
Design data solutions for underwriting, claims, policy administration, billing, and reinsurance.
Build data warehouses, lakehouses, semantic layers, and analytics-ready data products.
Establish data governance standards, metadata, lineage, and quality controls.
Lead cloud-based data modernization and migration projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and mentor a team of data modelers.
Required Experience
8+ years in Data & Analytics.
5+ years in Data Modeling/Information Architecture.
5+ years in the Insurance industry.
4+ years in leadership or team management.
Experience with insurance platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or Insurity.
Technical Skills
Data modeling (3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake, Data Vault).
Strong SQL skills.
Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
ETL/ELT tools (ADF, Glue, Talend, Airflow, etc.).
BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Preferred Qualifications
Specialty insurance experience (Cyber, Marine, Energy, Financial Lines).
Cloud certifications.
Experience with governance tools like Collibra, Alation, Atlan, or Purview.
