Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as an Accounting and Data Entry Specialist. This role is crucial to maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by handling day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Entries: Accurately record all purchase transactions into the system using Tally Prime.
Petty Cash Entries: Manage petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
Bank Entries: Maintain and update all bank-related transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and ensuring bank reconciliation.
Filing: Organize and file important financial documents to ensure easy retrieval and proper record-keeping.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting and data entry.
Proficient in Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
