Job Description: Data Entry Personnel for Preparing Quotes and Invoices

Position: Data Entry Personnel

Location: Reay Road - Mumbai ( South Mumbai - Nearby station is Reay Road / Byculla )

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 2 Years or above Preferred

Salary: 18K to 25K

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry Documentation:
• Accurately enter customer details, product specifications, and pricing into the system.
• Create, format, and finalize quotes and invoices as per company standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions for audit purposes.
• Coordination Communication:
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team to verify customer requirements and order details.
• Address discrepancies or missing information promptly by liaising with relevant departments.
• Quality Assurance:
• Double-check all quotes and invoices for accuracy and completeness before finalizing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and client requirements.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain an organized system for storing quotes and invoices for easy retrieval.
• Regularly update databases and records to reflect the latest information.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist in other administrative tasks, including filing, email correspondence, and generating reports.
• Support the team with ad-hoc data entry and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Graduation in any field.
• Experience: Prior experience in data entry, invoicing, or administrative roles preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with accounting/invoicing software (SAP)
• Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication in English
