Job Description
Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR) in the healthcare facility, ensuring proper documentation, data accuracy, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Enter, update, and maintain patient records in the EMR system
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical documentation
3. Ensure adherence to healthcare data privacy regulations as HIPAA regulations
