Data Maintenance & Cleansing Conduct routine audits, identify duplicate or outdated records, and perform corrective actions to maintain data integrity. Purchase Order Creation & Tracking Generate purchase orders, monitor order status, and coordinate with vendors to confirm delivery timelines. Vendor Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, handling inquiries, negotiating terms, and resolving discrepancies. Inventory Reconciliation Assist the inventory team by updating stock levels, flagging low‑stock items, and ensuring alignment between physical counts and system records.
