Job Overview
This is a full-time, permanent position at our head office in Perth. As a Data Analytics Professional, you'll be responsible for supporting our G360 risk management platform through day-to-day operations, system enhancement, monitoring, and technical maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our G360 platform by assisting with roadmap planning, gathering system feedback, and contributing ideas for improvements
Scope, design, and implement G360 system improvements, including configuration, testing, and deployment ensuring quality through detailed functional and design documentation
Contribute to report development using SQL-based tools
Learns and applies business analysis, while working alongside the team to document requirements, participate in workshops, and assist with process mapping and user documentation
Deliver day-to-day support and help monitor system performance, assist with vendor coordination, support system updates, and provide friendly technical assistance to users
About You
You will ideally have experience and demonstrate capability in:
Sharing your tech journey, IT or software implementation with risk management systems like Evotix (SAI360) EHS&S
Naturally curious with strong problem-solving abilities and enjoy figuring out how to make systems work better
Experience with IT infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies
Comfortable with SQL for creating reports and dashboards
Organized and can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Genuinely enjoy working with others to understand their needs and find solutions
Showcase your ability to juggle various priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, software implementation, or other related disciplines.
