Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description
• Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and employees as they enter the premises, ensuring they are treated with courtesy and professionalism.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including preparing correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
• Address and resolve basic inquiries, complaints, and concerns from visitors and clients.
• Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, issuing visitor badges, and notifying staff of visitor arrivals.
• Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Liaise with internal teams, including facilities management and IT support, to resolve any front desk or office-related issues.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
• Ensure the front office and reception area are tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
Skills:
