Designation: Data Analyst – Customer Experience
Grade: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Location: Mumbai
Function: Analytics
Job Purpose:
IDFC First Bank Customer Experience BIU works on providing analytical solution for strategies, model, dashboard, campaigns & performance measurement of campaigns to arrive at insights that will help in better Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Able to understand complex business problems and proactively identify data-driven solutions ensuring best customer experience and business performance by enabling informed decision making
• End-to-end digital performance tracking at a channel or campaign level & identify opportunities across campaign, channel, products, etc.
• Understand the different touch points in the customers digital journey, analyse drop-off funnel and recommend strategies to relevant stakeholders for improving the funnel conversion % across digital journeys
• Create easy-to-understand visualizations that provide actionable insights that answer business problems, especially those centred around improving user experience and impact
• Communicate the context and value of models, analysis and dashboards to stakeholders
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and propagate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Should be able to effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience:
• 2+ years of relevant experience with prior focus in advanced analytics
• B.Tech/B.E. or MBA or Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer science or any other relevant stream
Skill Sets Required:
• Hands on experience in SQL, AWS, PySpark, SAS Tools and Tableau
