Job Description
As a Telecaller at Sense International India, a reputed NGO in Ahmedabad, your role involves making outbound calls to potential contributors/donors. You will be responsible for maintaining call records, handling queries, and explaining NGO programs clearly to support fundraising efforts. Your focus will be on ensuring donor satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency in Hindi & Gujarati is a must, with basic/manageable English skills
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in Telecalling / Customer Service is a plus
- Basic computer/software handling skills
- Good record-keeping & time management abilities
- Passion for social causes/the nonprofit sector is preferred
- Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 (Higher Secondary),
